BACKGROUND TO UKCA MARKING CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

From 1st July 2025, UKCA MARKING to BS EN 1090 will become a LEGAL REQUIREMENT in the UK for FABRICATORS of STEEL & ALUMINIUM STRUCTURES. 

NON-COMPLIANCE with UKCA MARKING can result in penalties such as suspension notices, prohibition notices and fines.
