DEVELOP the KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS on to HOW to WRITE a WELDING PROCEDURE SPECIFICATION (WPS) on this SELF STUDY training course.

Many WELDING CODES require companies manufacturing high integrity welded products to develop & implement WPS's that are then to be routinely followed by the company's Welders.

The course includes an END OF COURSE ASSESSMENT which comprises a CASE STUDY on the WRITING of a WELDING PROCEDURE SPECIFICATION and candidates who attain the required standard will be awarded a CERTIFICATE OF ACHIEVEMENT & CPD 7 HOURS.

A COMPREHENSIVE, FULL-COLOUR TRAINING HANDBOOK is provided on the course, which serves an EXCELLENT REFERENCE document following completion of the training.

SELF STUDY

The course is completed by SELF STUDY, which provides a FLEXIBLE route for candidates to START & PROGRESS through the training at ANYTIME, ANYWHERE & at their OWN PACE. 

Total estimated SELF STUDY time required to complete the course is 7 HOURS. 

The START DATE  for the training would follow receipt of payment of the course fees. All course materials would be posted & e-mailed to the candidate.

Philip also possesses extensive metallurgical and engineering expertise, he has a Masters' Degree in Advanced Metallurgy (MMet) from the University of Sheffield & professional qualifications in Metallurgy & Materials Engineering through professional membership (MIMMM) of The Institute of Materials, Minerals & Mining.

Philip is also a Chartered Engineer (CEng), with more than 30 years' experience in metals manufacturing, engineering, welding & fabrication.
